No fees, no commission whatsoever, and you can request updates to your venue details or photos anytime. Your basic listing is a free feature you can update at any time.

Scheduling Plan: from a spreadsheet to an automated system
If you're currently juggling dates over WhatsApp or scribbling availability into a notebook, the Scheduling Plan automates that entire process: set up your weekly template once and the system lays out future availability for you, guests pick a slot and submit a request directly on the site, are then guided through your deposit instructions, and all you have to do is verify and confirm.
"Confirming locks the slot" design prevents double-booking; a pending request already holds the spot the instant it's submitted, so you never have to worry about being too slow to react. Sign up before 1 September 2026 and it is free until 31 December 2026, then HK$198/month, and that offer price is locked in for good. Sign up on or after 1 September and it is HK$298/month.

Instant Booking: Scheduling, with the waiting removed
Instant Booking builds on the Scheduling Plan: same availability, same inbox. The one difference: when a guest picks a slot and submits, the system confirms and locks that slot right away, with no reply needed from you. It suits venues whose availability is already settled and who no longer want to spend time vetting each request.
Your venues carry the ⚡ Instant Booking badge, taking the highest exposure and top priority ranking in search results and category pages, and guests can find you directly through the "Instant Booking" filter. Deposit settings still apply; they simply no longer block confirmation, so you follow up on payment through your existing process after the booking is confirmed.
On pricing: Instant Booking carries the same monthly fee as the Scheduling Plan (it already includes every Scheduling feature), plus commission on the actual value of each confirmed booking. A monthly fee plus commission, with commission only ever charged on real bookings. We will confirm the exact commission rate with you before you activate the plan.
Already using another booking or scheduling system, such as a module on your own site or a third-party scheduler? We can connect it, so bookings taken on Playspot write straight into your existing calendar instead of you keeping two records. This integration is a separate service and is quoted individually depending on the system; get in touch and we will take a look.
Want to vet each request again? You can downgrade back to the Scheduling Plan anytime under "Plan & Billing" in the Merchant Center, and already-confirmed bookings are unaffected.
How Upgrading / Downgrading Works
Upgrades and downgrades are self-serve: log in to the Merchant Center, open "Plan & Billing" in the left sidebar, pick a plan and confirm. It takes effect immediately, with no approval needed.
If your free offer period has ended and you haven't upgraded, scheduling features switch to "read-only": you can still see all your existing slots, bookings and settings, but can't add or edit anything. Nothing is ever deleted, and upgrading instantly restores full editing. Your basic venue listing is a Free Listing feature and can always be updated by you, unaffected by this restriction.
FAQ
Do I need to sign a contract?＋
No. Both paid plans are billed monthly with no contract and can be cancelled anytime. Instant Booking adds commission on the actual value of confirmed bookings on top of its monthly fee.
How is the commission calculated?＋
Instant Booking charges commission on the actual transaction value of each confirmed booking, on top of the plan's monthly fee, and we will confirm the exact rate with you before activation. Free Listing and the Scheduling Plan charge no commission at all.
Can I try it out?＋
Yes. Sign up before 1 September 2026 and the Scheduling Plan is free until 31 December 2026, so you can try the full automated workflow at zero cost.
What if I already have my own booking system?＋
If you'd rather keep your existing system while gaining more exposure, Free Listing already achieves that referral effect, and guests are sent to your own site or IG. If you are happy to take bookings through Playspot, go with the Scheduling Plan; and if you would rather not confirm each one, Instant Booking lets guests complete the booking on the spot.
Will my data get locked away?＋
No. Even if your free offer period ends without upgrading, no data is ever deleted; only scheduling features temporarily switch to read-only. Your basic venue listing is a free feature and can be updated anytime.
How do I upgrade?＋
Merchant Center → "Plan & Billing" → pick a plan → confirm. Features go live immediately, with no approval step. If you are on the limited-time offer, activating during your free period costs nothing.
