My venue is already listed. How do I claim it?
Email hello@playspot.com.hk with your venue name and contact details. We will verify and help you claim and update the listing.
What are the limits of the free listing?
Free listing includes a basic venue profile, category/district search, and referral to your official website/IG. No fees, no commission.
When does the Scheduling Plan start charging?
Sign up before 1 September 2026 and the Scheduling Plan is free until 31 December 2026, then HK$198/month, and that offer price is locked in for good. Sign up on or after 1 September and it is HK$298/month. Both are monthly, no contract, cancel anytime. Instant Booking carries the same monthly fee plus commission on the actual value of each confirmed booking. Connecting your existing booking system is a separate service and is quoted individually.
Can I change plans anytime?
Of course. Log in to the Merchant Center and go to Plan & Billing, where you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself, and it takes effect immediately.
